Best Price Guarantee

1. Students who complete a booking between 09/03/2026 and 31/08/2026 (the “Best Price Period”) via Yugo.com will be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee for the forthcoming tenancy.
2. The Best Price Guarantee is offered by Crown Place Birmingham (Corvette/Crown).
3. The Best Price Guarantee is only available to students who book at Crown Place Birmingham through Yugo.com.
4. The Best Price Guarantee must be booked for the 2026/2027 academic year intake only.

Scope of the Guarantee

1. If, at any time between the date on which you complete your booking and the earlier of [i] the commencement date of your tenancy or [ii] 31st August 2026 (the “Guarantee Period”), we advertise a lower price for the identical room type as categorised by Yugo, tenancy length, tenancy start date, and building, you will be entitled to have your booking price reduced to match the lower advertised price.

Eligibility Requirements

1. To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee:

a. Your booking must have been completed during the Best Price Period.

b. The lower price must relate to the identical room type as categorised by us, tenancy duration, tenancy start date, and building of your booking.

c. The lower price must be a standard, publicly available price advertised by Yugo on our website (Yugo.com) or booking platform.

d. Only one price adjustment may be made per booking, and any adjustment will be made to the lowest qualifying price available during the Guarantee Period.

Exclusions

1. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

a. Prices offered by third party agents, referral partners, or closed group promotions.

b. One off or targeted discounts not generally available to all students.

c. Errors, misprints, or prices published in error.

d. Any price changes occurring after the tenancy start date.

How to Submit a Claim

1. To request a price adjustment, you must notify us in writing via email no later than 30th September 2026 to the respective Residence Manager at Crown Place Birmingham and provide:

a. your booking reference, and

b. evidence of the lower advertised price (such as a screenshot or link).

1. We will review the information provided and, if the claim meets the eligibility criteria, adjust your booking price accordingly.
2. We reserve the right to refuse any claim where sufficient evidence is not provided or where the price does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Purpose of the Guarantee

1. The Best Price Guarantee is intended to provide assurance that students booking during the Best Price Period will receive the most favourable standard publicly available price we offer for the relevant room type prior to the commencement of their tenancy.
