• Offer applies to existing customers booking a Semester 2 Start full year lease in a valid room type at:

  • Yugo University Square

  • Yugo Berkeley Street

  • Yugo Adelaide City

  • Yugo Perth City

• Eligible bookings will receive up to 4 weeks' rent as cashback, paid in two instalments:

  • 2 weeks’ rent paid in the first month of the lease.

  • 2 weeks’ rent paid in the final month of the lease.

  • Semester 2 only bookings will receive 2 weeks' rent as cashback, paid in the same two installments (1 week in first month of lease, 1 week in the final month of lease).

• Cashback is based on the weekly rate of the booked room.

• To receive the final cashback, tenants must still be in residence in the final month of lease.

  • If rent is paid in full until the end of the lease, the final cashback will still apply.

• Bookings must be made directly with Yugo.
