Yugo Australia Rebook & Win Tech Promotion

The Yugo Australia “Rebook & Win Tech” promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

1. The promoter is Yugo (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 97 610 512 500) (“Promoter”).
2. By participating in the promotion, each entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions.
3. The promotion is governed by the applicable laws of Australia and the state or territory in which each entrant’s participating Yugo property is located.

2. Promotion Period

1. The promotion opens at 12:01AM on 1 Steptember 2026 and closes at 11:59PM on 30 September 2026.
2. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. The promotion applies to participating Yugo properties in Australia offering rebooking for tenancies commencing in February 2027 or July 2027 (“Participating Properties”).

3. Eligibility

To be eligible, an entrant must:

1. be a current Yugo Australia resident;
2. complete a qualifying rebooking at a Participating Property during the Promotion Period;
3. enter into a valid tenancy agreement for a new semester or full year booking commencing in February 2027 or July 2027;
4. meet all booking requirements, including payment of any applicable deposit or fees; and
5. have commenced their new tenancy before the relevant prize draw.

A qualifying rebooking may be for the entrant’s current room, another room or another Participating Property, subject to availability and Yugo’s rebooking conditions.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and any person directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter may require evidence of this permission before awarding a prize.

4. How to Enter

1. Eligible residents will automatically receive one entry when they complete a qualifying rebooking during the Promotion Period.
2. No separate competition form or marketing subscription is required.
3. Entry is limited to one per eligible person, regardless of the number of rooms, tenancy agreements or Participating Properties booked.
4. No additional fee is charged to enter the promotion. Entrants remain responsible for all ordinary rent, deposits and other charges associated with their tenancy.
5. Incomplete, cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise invalid bookings will not be eligible.

5. Eligible Entries and Draw Cohorts

Eligible entrants will be divided into two draw cohorts:

• February 2027 Cohort: eligible rebookers whose new tenancy commences in February 2027.
• July 2027 Cohort: eligible rebookers whose new tenancy commences in July 2027.

An entrant may only participate in the draw corresponding with their new tenancy commencement period.

To ensure the advertised winning odds, the number of winners in each cohort will be calculated by dividing the total number of eligible entrants in that cohort by 20 and rounding to the nearest whole number. This means there will be at least one winner for every 20 eligible rebookers, and each eligible entrant’s chance of winning will be no worse than 1 in 20.

6. Prizes

1. Each winner will receive one tech prize with a recommended retail value of up to AUD $1,000 including GST.
2. Prizes will be selected from the following:
   • Apple MacBook Neo;
   • Bose Ultra Open Earbuds;
   • PlayStation5; or
   • Samsung Galaxy Watch8.
3. Model, configuration, size, colour and connectivity options will be determined by the Promoter and are subject to availability.
4. The number of prizes available will depend on the number of eligible rebookers in each draw cohort.
5. The quantity of each prize type and the maximum total prize pool will be confirmed before the relevant draw.
6. Prize allocations will be determined randomly. Where required, prizes will be drawn in descending order of value so every eligible entrant has an equal chance of winning the highest-value prize.
7. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
8. If a stated prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
9. Product names, trademarks and brands belong to their respective owners. Apple, Bose and Samsung are not sponsors of, and are not associated with, this promotion.

7. Prize Draws

1. The February 2027 Cohort draw will take place with 30 days of the eligible February tenancies commencing.
2. The July 2027 Cohort draw will take place with 30 days of the eligible July tenancies commencing.
3. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries in the relevant cohort.
4. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to validate an entrant’s identity, booking and tenancy commencement before awarding a prize.
6. If a selected entrant’s tenancy has been cancelled, terminated or not commenced before the relevant draw, their entry will be deemed invalid and another winner will be drawn.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Collection

1. Winners will be notified by email, telephone or SMS within seven days of the relevant draw.
2. Winner details will be published where required by applicable law.
3. A winner must accept their prize and provide any requested information within 14 days of being notified.
4. Prizes may be collected from the winner’s Yugo property or delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner, as determined by the Promoter.
5. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not accept their prize within the required period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw, subject to applicable law.
6. Any unclaimed prize draw will take place in August 2027, with replacement winners notified in the same manner.

9. Verification and Disqualification

1. The Promoter may verify the validity of any entry or prize claim.
2. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who:
   • provides false or misleading information;
   • tampers with the entry or draw process;
   • breaches these Terms and Conditions;
   • cancels or does not commence their qualifying tenancy; or
   • acts fraudulently or dishonestly in connection with the promotion.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or communications that are lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected due to technical or communication failures outside its reasonable control.

10. Privacy and Publicity

1. Personal information will be collected and used to administer the promotion, validate entries, contact winners and distribute prizes in accordance with Yugo Australia’s Privacy Policy.
2. Personal information may be disclosed where required by law or to third parties assisting with the administration or fulfilment of the promotion.
3. Winners consent to their name and state of residence being published where required by law.
4. Any additional photography, filming, interview or promotional participation will be arranged separately with the winner’s consent.

11. General Conditions

1. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approval.
2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validation and administration of the draw are final, subject to applicable law.
