£350 Cashback  – Element, Manchester
Terms & Conditions, January 2026

1. The incentive is open to all new students booking at element, Manchester, 84 Cambridge Street, Manchester, M15 6BP who book any studio room at Element Manchester for the 2026/2027 academic year.
2. The Incentive on offer is either a £350 cashback which will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account.
3. The Incentive is open to the next 10 bookings only.
4. The Incentive is only available for new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.
5. The Incentive is only available to bookings on a minimum of 51-week tenancy lengths.
6. The Incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis.
7. The Incentive is being offered by BREEVA II Student Accommodation S.A.R.L, c/o CRM Students Ltd, 84 Cambridge Street, MANCHESTER M15 6BP
8. To be eligible for the Incentive:
   1. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved into the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.
   2. At the stage of completing a booking, the student must email the code ELEMENTMAN350 to [email protected].
   3. the Student must book their room from 22.01.2026 onwards.
9. To claim the Incentive:
   1. The Student should email the Accommodation Manager at [email protected]
   2. On receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the Incentive.
   3. Both the Student and the Guarantor (if applicable) must have signed the tenancy agreement.
   4. The Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal
   5. The incentive will be provided either as a bank transfer of £350 into the nominated UK bank account.
   6. The Incentive will be provided to the Student within two months after they have moved in for the 2026/2027 academic year
   7. The Incentive must be claimed by 31^st January 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it.
10. The Incentive will close at any given notice or when 10 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received after this will not be valid for the Incentive.
11. This Incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM, any third parties or International Agents.
12. The Incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
13. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. One Incentive per room booked.
15. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
