Any cancellation, withdrawal, refund request or termination of the accommodation agreement shall be governed exclusively by the applicable Laude Living Bologna Cancellation Policy and accommodation contract.
Where a student ceases to be entitled to accommodation under the applicable cancellation terms, Laude Living Bologna reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or reclaim any promotional benefit awarded under this promotion.

Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
The "Refer a Friend 2026/27" promotion is designed to reward students holding a valid full academic year 2026/2027 contract at Laude Living Bologna who successfully refer new students to book accommodation for the same academic year.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion applies exclusively to new bookings confirmed on or after 22 June 2026.

For the purposes of this promotion, a booking is considered confirmed only once the accommodation contract has been signed and all required administrative and financial obligations have been fulfilled.

To validate a referral, the Referred Student must send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of submitting their accommodation application.

The validation email must also specify the preferred reward option selected by both the Referrer and the Referred Student.
The Referrer's Student ID can be found in the student platform. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in the referral being deemed invalid.

The selected reward option cannot be changed after submission of the validation email unless otherwise agreed by Laude Living Bologna.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that the selected voucher can be redeemed and used in their country of residence and/or nationality.
Laude Living Bologna shall have no responsibility where a participant is unable to redeem, access or use a voucher due to technical restrictions, geographical limitations, local regulations, international sanctions, account eligibility requirements, or policies imposed by the voucher provider.
No alternative reward, replacement voucher, cash payment or compensation shall be provided in such circumstances.

If multiple students claim to have referred the same Referred Student, only the first referral correctly received and validated by the Booking Team, based on the date and time of receipt, shall be considered valid.
