Free Parking Terms & Conditions – Bramall Court, Sheffield

1. The Free Parking incentive is open to new residents who book a room for 26/27 at Bramall Court, Sheffield.

2. The Promotion on offer is Free parking for the duration of the students tenancy

3. The Promotion is for bookings for the 2026/27 academic year only.

4. The Promotion is open to the next 10 bookings who claim the incentive

5. The Promotion is being offered by GSAF Propco UK 1 Ltd c/o Yugo Students (UK) Ltd 
   Bramall Court, 2nd Floor, Castlemead, Lower Castle Street, Bristol BS1 3AG

6. To be eligible for the Promotion:

   1. the Student must have booked a room and paid their deposit

   2. The student must have booked a room for a minimum tenancy of 44 Weeks

   3. the Student must have either paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/27 academic year

7. To claim the Promotion:

   1. The Student must email the Accommodation Manager to confirm eligibility at [email protected]

   2. on receipt of the application, the Accommodation Manager will verify students’ eligibility to claim the Promotion. 

   3. The Student must provide the vehicles registration to the Accommodation manager

8. The incentive is being managed by Yugo Students UK Ltd. who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

9. Yugo Students’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

10. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
