Q: Does your property have on-site maintenance?

Yes, our space has on-site maintenance. 

Q: An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?

Residents can go to the resident online portal and fill out a service request or call the leasing office. In case of an urgent matter after business hours, the leasing office phone number directs to the maintenance emergency line. 

Q: What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

Residents can call or stop by the leasing office. If the lock out occurs after business hours, the leasing office phone number directs to the maintenance emergency line. 

Q: Do you offer on-site parking?

We offer parking spots in two nearby garages. 

Q: Is your property pet friendly?

Yes!  

Q: Do you offer furnished units?

Furniture is included in the base rent. Bedrooms will have a bed frame, mattress, nightstand, desk, desk chair, armoire, and dressers. Common areas are furnished with sofa seating, entertainment stand, smart TV, and coffee table. 

Q: Which utilities are included in the rent?

Residents are charged back electric based on usage. We do not offer cable in our community, and we charge a yearly fee for valet trash.
