• Offer applies to existing customers booking a Semester 1, 2026 lease in a valid room type at:

• Eligible bookings will receive up to 4 weeks' rent as cashback, paid in two instalments:

  • 1 week’s rent paid in the first month of the lease.

  • 1 week’s rent paid in the final month of the lease.

• Cashback is based on the weekly rate of the booked room.

• To receive the final cashback, tenants must still be in residence in June 2026.

  • If rent is paid in full until the end of the lease, the final cashback will still apply.

• Bookings must be made directly with Yugo.
