Our €500 Discount 2026/27 offer is available for a limited time only for the 2026/27 academic year made from 09/07/2026 for the next 20 bookings.

The promotion is only available to students who:   

• New students who are not currently a resident of a Yugo managed property. 

• Are booking for the 26/27 year and are booking a tenancy length of 39 weeks or more at Bottleworks, Cork 

• Are booking a 5/6 bed standard ensuite. 

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. 

The discount offer will be applied when students book a room and enter the discount code at the checkout stage. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with 39 weeks and above, 5/6 bed standard ensuite. 

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students Ireland Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
