Eligibility

The offer is not available to students who:

• Have deferred or cancelled their booking before check in.
• Book short term or semester lets.
• Are rebookers.
• Book through agent or university referral agreements.
• Have confirmed a booking prior to 28/07/2026.

Offer: £100 cashback per person for students booking as part of a group of three or more.

Eligible Tenancy: Minimum 44 week tenancy.

This offer can be used in conjunction with the £250 Cashback offer, provided the student meets the eligibility criteria for both promotions.

Redeeming Your Cashback

The cashback offer has no cash redemption value prior to issue, is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other incentive.

To redeem the cashback, students must email the Park Court site team quoting the promotion code PLUS100.

Once eligibility has been verified, the cashback will be processed by the site team after the student has checked in.

In the event that a student cancels their booking or terminates their tenancy before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will become invalid.

To qualify for the offer, students must complete their booking, pay their advance rent and sign their tenancy agreement.
