How to Prepare for Life After University 💡

The Liberties is billed as Dublin’s coolest neighbourhood: a mash-up of history and nightlife, culture and street life – and you’ll be right in the middle. Plus, Brewers Close provides the social spaces to keep you happy on the home front too, including study rooms, a gym, a games room and a cinema space.
Together with its sister buildings New Mill and The Tannery, it’s also just a ten-minute walk from the Technological University Dublin – and 15 from Trinity College Dublin, the Royal College of Surgeons, and Dublin Business School. Morning lectures? Easy!

I stayed here for 6 months from March 2024. Ideal student accommodation with double beds and en-suite showers in all rooms. Multiple buses to the city centre from a stop less than 2 mins away. Chill flatmates and 24/7 reception/security. Great spot for college students.
I lived in Brewers Close, the staff is always so nice and they keep helping me get in even if I forget the keys from time to time. Some of them even speak Spanish and I appreciate that!

Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.
A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an installment payment, please speak to our support team first - your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
