These well-designed studio apartments offer a comfortable and functional living space, ideal for student life and independent living. Each studio is fully furnished and thoughtfully laid out to maximise space and natural light, creating a practical yet welcoming home.
The sleeping area features a single bed (90 × 190 cm) with integrated storage drawers, complete with a mattress cover and blanket. A dedicated study space includes a desk with shelving, as well as a table and chair, providing an ideal setup for studying or working from home.
The private kitchenette is fully equipped for everyday cooking and dining, including two cooking plates, a microwave oven, and a fridge. Each studio is supplied with individual dining furniture and a practical kitchenware set, including:
- Two of each utensil (forks, knives, spoons, teaspoons)
- One pot, one pan, and one colander
- One bowl
- Two plates
- Two glasses and two mugs
The studio also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom, fitted with a spacious shower with shower curtain, vanity unit with sink and storage, mirror, and WC.
Designed as a self-contained living space, the studio provides everything needed for comfortable day-to-day living in one efficient and stylish apartment.

How does roommate matching work?
We will do our best to match you with a roommate(s) that meets your needs. The roommate matching form is now part of the application process. Once you’ve completed the form, a leasing specialist will review your responses and pair you with the most suitable roommates based on your selected profile. Our social media is also a great way to connect with potential roommates!
What happens if I don't like my roommate
If you have signed an individual term lease, we can indeed help match you with a roommate. However, we can’t guarantee that all preferences can be met. If a conflict does arise, please contact the leasing office and we will assist with exploring potential resolutions. However, we are not responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or actions of any nature whatsoever relating to, arising out of or connected with disputes between potential or selected roommates.
What is an individual term lease?
Individual leasing means peace of mind for both parents and students. An individual lease means you are only responsible for your student’s space, not the full apartment as a typical joint lease would be structured. Common areas are shared responsibility among all roommates (ie, living room, kitchen, etc.). Our term lease structure is a lease that begins on a specified date and ends on a specified date, for one fee. This fee is conveniently administered in 12 installments.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Most of our apartments come furnished, but options can vary. Please call us for details before move-in!
Do you have maintenance service?
Non-emergency requests for maintenance can be submitted via your resident portal at any given time and will be handled by the management staff as soon as possible. Our average turnaround time for maintenance requests is within 24-hours during the work week. 24-hour emergency maintenance is provided by calling the office number. After hours you will be prompted to leave a message, following the automated instructions on the office number. Your message will be responded to by our on-call service technician. It is our express goal to respond to any general service need within 24 hours.
Do you allow pets?
We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.
