Our 412 Lofts are conveniently located just an 18-minute walk or six-minute bike ride from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Minneapolis College is located an 18-minute bike ride away or it’s a quick 25 minutes on the bus.


What facilities are available at the 412 Lofts?

The facilities at 412 Lofts are geared towards an on-the-go, active student lifestyle. You’ll find a 24-hour fitness center with all the latest equipment and a dedicated yoga area to help you unwind. Plus, there’s a coffee bar and a brand-new lounge room where you can chill out with friends or share a game of ping pong.


Are the 412 social spaces student only?

We welcome guests to 412 Lofts. However, all visitors are required to sign in and meet the security team before being allowed access to the building. And it goes without saying, all residents are responsible for their guests’ behavior.


Is there onsite parking?

Yes, there is a dedicated garage at 412 Lofts which you can use to park your car. However, there’s only a certain number of spaces, so we’d suggest that you book your space sooner rather than later. There’s also bike storage if you prefer to travel on two wheels.
