Choose from 232 fully furnished single rooms, each featuring a private bathroom, kitchenette, fortnightly cleaning, and all utilities included, so you can enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free university experience.

You can also choose between half board or full board, and enjoy the convenience of an on-site mini market located in the café for your everyday essentials.

Located right on the Cartuja university campus and steps from Seville's vibrant city centre, we’re now taking bookings for the 2026/27 academic year.

So what’s in it for you?

Let’s start with 232 fully furnished single bedrooms, each with private bathroom and kitchen facilities. Whether you're here for the full uni experience or a quieter stay, there’s a style to suit every preference and budget. And if cooking’s not your thing, our meal service has you covered - though your kitchenette is always ready for a spontaneous snack moment between Spanish adventures.

A comfortable, communal life

We like sharing. In fact our communal spaces are part of what makes our Yugo spaces so very, very good.

Here at Cartuja we've got dedicated study rooms. For less peace and more socialising, there's a terrace that's perfect for that. Or spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon with friends in our cinema, or flexing your competitive side in the games room.

Speaking of flexing, there's an on-site gym too, or get some fresh air down by the pool. It's also perfect for lounging beside during our hot Spanish summers.

Frequently asked questions

What services are included in the rent?

Water, gas and electricity are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying utility bills on time. 

What furnishings are included in the tenancy?

All of our flats come fully-furnished! In your room, you will have a bed, mattress, desk and storage for clothes and personal items.

 

During your stay, you can decorate your flat as you see fit, as long as you can return it to how it looked when you first moved in!

What happens if something breaks in my flat?

We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.

Do you allow pets?

We love animals, but for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents with, for example, allergies, we do not allow animals in our buildings.

Do I need a guarantor?

Yes, if you are making payments towards your accommodation in instalments, you will need a guarantor to ensure you are able to complete your payments on time.

 

A guarantor will take on the liability of making payments on your behalf if you are unable to, for any reason. If you are experiencing difficulties making an installment payment, please speak to our support team first - your guarantor will only be used as a last resort.
