Robin was previously transaction director at Global Student Accommodation, the real estate asset and fund manager with over $6 billion in AUM. Robin's career includes corporate finance roles in the residential sector, specialising in alternative investments.
With over a decade of experience, Joanna (Jo) excels in creating compelling narratives. A seasoned PR expert in travel, hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle, she has also spearheaded marketing and communications for major international sporting events.
Jo is dedicated to enhancing Yugo's brand identity with her innovative and engaging strategies and is committed to effectively telling the Yugo story.
Kasper boasts a 15-year tenure spearheading hotel marketing across global markets. His strategic prowess and industry insight have driven successful international campaigns, establishing him as a leader in the dynamic landscape of hospitality marketing.
Kasper excels in blending traditional marketing with cutting-edge digital and performance marketing techniques, using data-driven approaches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in the digital realm.
Millie is Global Senior Brand Manager at Yugo, where she leads the development and delivery of the brand across Yugo’s international portfolio. She plays a key role in shaping how Yugo shows up globally, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all touchpoints.
Since joining Yugo, Millie has led major brand initiatives, including the global rebrand of more than 110 spaces worldwide and the relaunch of Yugo’s Live Your Best Life programme. Her work supports Yugo’s mission to empower students through experience-led living, sustainability, and personal growth.
With more than two decades of experience in the finance sector within international and entrepreneurial enterprises, Will heads Yugo's global finance team.
He drives initiatives in reporting and performance, collaborating closely with the management team to optimize efficiency. Will's expertise extends to diverse industries, such as property, technology, sports, and multinational financial services firms.
Gary leads Yugo's property finance team. He is a highly driven and commercial senior leader with over 20 years of experience and a proven, impactful track record with large international and private equity firms.
Gary drives initiatives in reporting and performance, working closely with the management team to optimize efficiency for Yugo’s clients. His expertise focuses on systems and process implementation and improvements, as well as delivering value within shared service environments.
Abi joins Yugo as Chief Technology Officer, bringing extensive senior experience in technology leadership and digital transformation. Most recently Chief Digital & Information Officer at edyn, he led end-to-end technology delivery across their European hotel portfolio.
In his role at Yugo, Abi takes a strategic view of our technology and digital future, ensuring our systems and platforms support growth, innovation, and seamless student experiences.
Ed plays a key role in our continued growth as a business, leading our IT team with a combination of business acumen and technical agility.
He brings many years’ experience in running transformational projects, driving change and innovation, and successfully building tech systems within the student housing sector. Before Yugo, he spent over 17 years with University Partnerships Programme (UPP).
With more than three decades of experience, Mike has been a leading figure in the U.S. student housing sector since the late 1990s. As Chief Executive Officer of Yugo USA, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business, leading national operations, and driving growth across the U.S. platform.
Previously, Mike founded and served as CEO of Campus Advantage, where he built a market-leading student housing business recognised for innovation and operational excellence. As CEO of Yugo USA, he works closely with Yugo’s global leadership team to strengthen the brand’s presence and performance across the country.
Thomas is Chief Sales Officer, at Yugo USA, where he leads the national sales strategy, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution across the U.S. platform. He is responsible for building and developing high-performing sales teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving consistent business development performance.
With extensive experience in sales leadership, Thomas brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to business development, focused on exceeding targets and delivering long-term value for partners. He plays a key role in supporting Yugo’s growth in the U.S. aligned to the company’s wider strategic goals.
Jim joins Yugo as President of Operations Yugo USA, bringing extensive experience and a heavyweight reputation in the student housing sector. He previously held CEO and COO roles at Campus Life & Style and spent 15 years with American Campus Communities, building deep operational expertise and strong industry relationships.
In his role at Yugo, Jim leads the U.S. operational team, driving scale and efficiencies across the brand for both clients and students. He is focused on enhancing operations, strengthening connections with teams, and ensuring a seamless student experience nationwide.
In his role as the Senior Vice President Operations, Europe, Simon leads a dynamic team overseeing 39 spaces, dedicated to delivering top-notch student accommodation for Yugo's students.
Boasting over 15 years of expertise in student housing and residential renting, Simon possesses a profound understanding of growth strategy, business planning, and effective routes to market. Simon is committed to ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction, striving to ensure that every Yugo student lives their best life.
Tim has 20+ years’ experience in hospitality, commercial, residential leased & freehold portfolios, plus global experience in portfolio management.
Before Yugo, Tim led national operations for Unilodge, driving operational standards, revenue generation and managing key stakeholder relationships with Owners and Universities.
