Exclusive Offer: Double Your Weeks Free Rent — Terms and Conditions

1. The “Double Your Weeks Free Rent” promotion (“Promotion”) is available to the first three eligible bookings confirmed as a result of the UHomes Branding Day Livestream event. Yugo will determine booking order using the date and time each booking is confirmed in its records.
2. The Promotion is available exclusively to new Yugo customers who book an eligible Semester 1 2027 tenancy directly with an Australian Yugo property. It applies to all room types, subject to availability.
3. Eligible bookings will receive:
   • Two additional weeks’ rent free on a full-year tenancy, up to a maximum of six weeks’ rent free in total; or
   • One additional week’s rent free on a Semester 1 2027-only tenancy, up to a maximum of three weeks’ rent free in total.
4. The additional rent-free weeks will be added to any other rent-free weeks already offered for the booking, provided the total does not exceed the applicable maximum in clause 3. For example, a full-year booking with four weeks already offered may receive two additional weeks, for a total of six. If no rent-free weeks have been offered, the eligible booking will receive two weeks in total for a full-year tenancy or one week in total for a Semester 1 2027-only tenancy.
5. The rent-free amount will be calculated using the weekly rental rate stated in the resident’s signed tenancy agreement. The rent-free period will be credited directly to the resident’s rental account for the final eligible week or weeks of their tenancy. It will not be paid as cash or provided as a gift card.
6. Residents must remain in residence until the end of their contracted tenancy to receive the rent-free period. If a booking is cancelled or a tenancy ends early, the Promotion will become void.
7. The Promotion is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to another booking.
8. Unless Yugo expressly states otherwise, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another discount, promotion or agent-referred booking offer.
9. The Promotion is subject to availability, as determined by Yugo. Yugo reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time. Eligible students will be notified if a change affects an existing booking.

Lucky Draw: AUD$100 Laundry Credit Terms and Conditions

1. Ten viewers of the UHomes Branding Day Livestream will be selected at random by the UHomes host.
2. Each selected viewer will receive a AUD $100 laundry credit after checking in to Yugo with a confirmed booking.
3. The laundry credit will be applied to the recipient’s account and can be used for laundry services. It is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to another person’s booking.
4. A selected viewer must have a confirmed Yugo booking and check in to receive the credit. If they do not check in, the prize will be forfeited.
5. The prize is subject to availability and Yugo’s standard booking and check-in requirements.
