Yugo Spain UGC Competition: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to residents of Yugo Spain accommodations who are 18 years or older.
   • Participants must be following @yugo_espana on Instagram and/or @yugoespana on TikTok.
   • Content must be created within the competition timeframe and feature your Yugo accommodation.
2. How to Enter:
   • Post your content on either Instagram or TikTok.
   • Tag @yugo_espana on Instagram or @yugoespana on TikTok.
   • Tag your local Yugo location's account.
   • Include the hashtag #PictureYourBestLife.
   • Ensure your account is public so your entry is visible.
3. Submission Guidelines:
   • Content should showcase your experience at Yugo and highlight how you're living your best life.
   • Submissions will be judged based on creativity, quality, and how well they represent life at Yugo.
   • Inappropriate content or content that does not feature a Yugo accommodation will be disqualified.
   • Submissions close October 11, 2024, 11:59 p.m. MST
4. Prize:
   • There is a single prize of a €500 digital gift card.
   • The prize will be awarded to the best entry across both Instagram and TikTok.
   • The winner will be announced on October 15, 2024, via the @yugo_espana Instagram account and the @yugoespana TikTok account.
5. Judging:
   • Entries from both platforms will be pooled together and judged equally.
   • The winner will be selected based on the creativity, quality, and relevance of their submission.
6. Permissions:
   • By tagging Yugo in your post, you consent to Yugo using your content for marketing and promotional purposes.
   • Yugo reserves the right to repost and share your content across its social media platforms and other marketing channels.
7. Disqualification:
   • Entries containing inappropriate content, content not featuring a Yugo accommodation, or content created outside the competition timeframe will be disqualified.
   • Yugo reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.
8. General Conditions:
   • Yugo reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
   • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
