Terms & Conditions for Refer a friend £150 Each 2026/27- Canal Point 

Our exclusive ‘Refer a Friend cashback £150 each’ is available only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made from 10/04/2026 until further notice.  

Definitions:  

The Referrer (Any individual making a referral): 

• Must have stayed in one of our Yugo spaces during the 2025/26 academic year, or has completed a confirmed booking for the 2026/27 academic year at one of our listed Yugo spaces. 

• Must email the site team [email protected] in writing before their friend’s booking is confirmed. 

The Referee (Friends of the referrer / New booking / New booker):  

• Must have completed a new booking for a room at one of our listed Yugo spaces, paid their advance rent, signed their tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 academic year for a minimum 51 weeks. 

• Must have not previously lived at a Yugo space. 

• Must have not booked through agent or university referral agreements. 

The list of residences and offer rate: 

Offer: £150 cashback each for the Referrer and the Referee: 

• Use Code: RAF150CANAL 

• Canal Point, Edinburgh: promotion is available for all the room types with a minimum 51 weeks of tenancy length.  

• For the next 15 bookings made after 10/04/2026. 

1.The Reward on offer is £150 cashback each for the Referrer and Referee Student. The referrer must inform the local support team of the referee's details via email [email protected]. Giving the name of the Referred Student(s) within 28 days of the date on which the Referred Student(s) booked a room at the Accommodation. 

2.There is no limit to the number of people a referrer can refer.  

3.The Reward is only on offer in respect of referrals leading to new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year only.   

4.This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, unless stated otherwise. 

The incentive will be provided as a cashback for the advertised amount and distributed 14 days after check-in. Note: Some offers only apply to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended. 

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 10/04/2026, but [Yugo Students (UK) Ltd.] reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions.
