Terms & Conditions for Flash Sale prices at Arran House – September 2026

Our exclusive Flash Sale price- Standard Ensuite is available only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made from 16/09/2026 until 30/09/2026. This offer is only available for those booking a Standard en-suite room type.

The promotion is not available to students who:

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.
• have rebooked a room at the property and passed the cooling off period.
• book any other room type at Arran House other than the outlined room types available.
• book a room outside of the outlined promotional dates (between 16/09/2026 – 30/09/2026).  

The flash sale price will only be available for bookings made within the outlined offer period only. 

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent, sign their tenancy agreement, check into the property, and not have any outstanding arrears with the property. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
