Terms & Conditions for Beckley Point - £100 Circuit Laundry Voucher 2026/27 

Our exclusive £100 Circuit Laundry Voucher is available on bookings made at Beckley Point for the 2026/27 academic year. Only valid for the first 20 Classic En-suite bookings. 

The promotion is not available to students who: 

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in.  
• book short term or semester lets.
• book through university referral agreements.  
• rebookers from the 2025/26 academic year currently in a cluster flat of classic en-suites
• have confirmed a booking prior to 12/12/2025

The list of residences, booking tenancies and promotion rate: 

• Beckley Point, Plymouth  
• promo activation: please contact the site team to arrange the collection of your pre-paid laundry card, [email protected]  
• booking tenancy length: 41-week tenancies and above only
• pre-paid circuit laundry voucher card to the value of £100
• available for group bookings for the ‘classic en-suite’ room type at Beckley Point, Plymouth (for either cluster flats of 4 or 6)
• available for rebookers of the 2025/26 academic year if wanting to book in a 
  cluster flat with friends for the 2026/27 academic year 
   

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. 

The offer will be provided upon check-in. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended. 

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the 
right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
