10% Long Stay Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Our 10% Long Stay promotion is available for new bookings starting on 1st October 2026. Eligible customers who book a stay of 6 months or longer will receive a 10% discount on the applicable accommodation price.

Eligibility

This promotion is not available to customers who:

• Defer or cancel their booking before move-in.
• Have confirmed a booking prior to the start of this promotion.
• Cancel an existing booking for the purpose of rebooking under this promotion. In such cases, the promotion will not apply. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any previously held bookings, whether cancelled, transferred or modified.
• Book a tenancy of less than 6 months.

The 10% Long Stay promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher or promotion.

Tenancy & Promotion Details

• Promotion available from 25th September 2026 for eligible bookings starting from 1st October 2026, subject to availability.
• Long Stay promotion: Eligible customers booking a tenancy of 6 months or longer will receive a 10% discount on the applicable accommodation price.
• The promotion applies only to eligible room categories and bookings.
• To qualify, the customer must complete their booking, pay any required advance rent and sign the tenancy agreement.
• If a customer cancels their booking or terminates their contract before move-in, the promotion becomes invalid.
• All promotional rates are subject to availability.
• The promotion has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money.
• Yugo reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
