Expressions of Interest Now Open

With strong demand and limited rooms available, we are now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI).

When you submit an EOI:

• You will be directed to our booking portal
• You can select and reserve your preferred room
• This will hold a room for you temporarily

Please note:

• This is not a confirmed booking or lease
• No payment is required at this stage
• You will not be able to make payments yet

If you notice payment is unavailable — do not worry, this is expected. This stage is purely to secure your room early.

What Happens Next?

In the coming weeks, once bookings officially go live:

• We will communicate with you in advance before bookings open
• You will be re-issued a lease offer via the Student Suite portal
• Once you receive the lease offer, you can:
  • Review your room allocation
  • Proceed to make the advance rent payment
  • Sign and complete your lease agreement online

Your Expression of Interest ensures priority access before general release.

Our exclusive opening offer is available on new bookings made at Perth University Campus for Semester 2 2026 check-ins. This Promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Site Team.

 The promotion is not available to students who:

• book short term lets.

Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended. 

In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete your booking, pay your advance rent, and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Perth University Campus reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
