The Data teams are the driving force behind business decisions. Whether its delivering data on current market trends or using our data to get to know our students better, our data team is on hand to provide a blend of insights and analysis.
Our finance team plays a vital role in ensuring we are able to attain our goals and objectives while driving measurable value for our growing business partnering with the business to interpret financial data, report on sales and produce profit and loss reports. It's never a boring day in the Finance Team!

Whether you are applying for a role within our Student Spaces Teams or a Yugo support role you can expect a 2-stage approach in our selection process.
If you are shortlisted for a role, you may be invited to an interview either in person or over zoom where you will be asked questions about your skills and experience behaviors and values.
If we like what we see you will be asked to attend a second round.
For a role within the residence team, this could be an opportunity to spend some time with the team you will be working in experiencing the job 1st hand and completing some of the task you would do on a day today basis.
For a support role or a leadership position you may be asked to attend a panel assessment or a skills assessment.
For roles where you will be joining the leadership team, you may be asked to complete a DISC assessment.
The panel or skills assessment is not a trail by fire! We simply want to see that you have taken the time to think about our business and the role you have applied for.
