Your monthly payment includes the rent and the flat rate for utilities. This flat rate includes your share of the general expenses of the building (including maintenance of common areas) as well as any expenses related to your apartment (water, communal heatinc, etc.).

Heating is included in the flat rate for utilities, except at the following student residences: Bordeaux Pellegrin, Lille Euralille, Paris Bagnolet, Pessac Université, Talence Centre and Talence Université.

Electricity is included for shared apartments. For all other types of apartment it is not included, except at the following residences: Paris La Défense, Paris Grande Arche and Marseille La Major. After signing your lease, we’d suggest that you register with an electricity supplier. Your Yugo Manager will provide you with the necessary information when you’re ready to do so.

At the Bordeaux Pessac Université residence, apartments are designed for individual occupancy, so shared accommodation isn’t available. We understand the desire to live with a friend or partner, but this residence can only offer single-occupancy units.

Our student apartments are fully furnished for a comfortable stay.
In the sleeping area, you’ll find a bed, mattress, pillow, blanket, draw sheet and a bedside table.
The study area includes a desk with storage and an ergonomic chair.
The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge‑freezer, microwave oven, cooking plate and storage units.
In the shower room, you’ll have a shower, vanity unit, mirror and toilet.
A broom, bucket and mop are also provided.

For legal reasons, our leases are for terms of between 9 and 12 months. You are free to leave your accommodation for student and young professionals at any time, subject to a notice period of one month.
