Booking Your Apartment
How long does a viewing take?
Viewing our space in person usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes. We also offer virtual tours if you can't visit us! However, in both cases, we would like to ask you to make an appointment in advance.
What is rental deposit insurance?
This is an alternative to a classic deposit payment by bank transfer. A rental deposit insurance is the promise of a bank or insurance company to cover the arising obligations. For this, instead of paying the entire deposit amount, you must pay a certain fee (usually an annual contribution) to your bank or insurance company to obtain the rental deposit certificate, which you must submit to your landlord.
In the event of a payment claim, this amount must then be paid to the beneficiary.
For more information, please contact the team at your Yugo Space.
Is there an age limit for booking?
To live with us during your studies, you must be 18 or older. With the written consent of your parents/legal guardian, you can also rent a room under the age of 18.
If you are under the age of majority, please contact the team of your Yugo Space directly for more information.

Please note that the deposit must be transferred to a separate account. You will receive our bank details for the deposit payment as soon as your booking has been confirmed.
