Booking Your Room
How long does a viewing take?
It can take anywhere between 10 and 60 minutes to tour our student accommodation in person, it’s completely up to you. And if you are not able to walk in, don't worry, we can offer you a virtual tour.
Can I choose who my flatmates are?
In case of Twodio or double room, when you book with us, just send an email to the building's mail address indicating your need and we will make it happen; obviously this is subject to availability, so it’s best to book early to avoid disappointment!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, when you book with us you pay a reservation deposit which becomes the Damage Deposit when your booking is confirmed. This reservation deposit is refundable up until a date set out in the contract sent to you.
The Damage Deposit will be given you back within the month following the check out after checking that everything is ok in your room.
Do you provide female only accommodation?
Yes, if you prefer to have a single gender Twodio or double room, just speak to our residence support team when you book with us. This is subject to demand and flat availability so we’d recommend getting in touch as early as you can.
What is a guarantor and why do I need one?
A guarantor is someone who agrees to pay your rent if you’re unable to, for example one of your parents or a close relative. If you’re unable to meet monthly rent payments please speak to your support team, we’ll only contact your guarantor to pay rent as a last resort if you cannot meet the agreement of your tenancy. If you decide to pay all your rent in one single solution before your check in, you will not have any need for a guarantor.
