Terms & Conditions for Flash Sale prices at Rothesay House – September 2026 

Our exclusive Flash Sale prices are available only for new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year made from 10/09/2026 until 21/09/2026. This offer is only available for those booking either a Premium or Deluxe Studio, Classic or Classic sea view room.  

The promotion is not available to students who: 

• have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in. 

• have rebooked a room at the property.  

• book short term or semester lets. 

• book via third-party agencies. 

• book any other room type at Rothesay House other than the outlined room types available.  

• book a room outside of the outlined promotional dates (between 10/09/2026 – 21/09/2026).  

The flash sale prices will only be available for bookings made within the outlined offer period only.  

New flash sale prices;  

• Classic Studio: £247 → £220 per week 

• Premium Studio: £257 → £230 per week 

• Deluxe Studio: £267 → £240 per week 

• Classic Sea View: £257 → £230 per week 

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. In the event that any student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, this promotion will be invalid. To claim this offer, the student must complete their booking, pay their advance rent, sign their tenancy agreement, check into the property, and not have any outstanding arrears with the property. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time for any residence, without notice.
