Felda House, London - Terms & Conditions for £150 refer-a-friend incentive 

Our exclusive refer-a-friend incentive is available to students booked at Felda House for the 2027/28 academic year who refer a friend making a new 2027/28 booking at Felda House from 03/11/2026. 

The promotion is not available where the referred student: 

• has deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in. 

• books a short term or semester let. 

• books through agent or university referral agreements. 

• confirmed a booking prior to 03/11/2026. 

The residence, booking tenancies and incentive: 

• Felda House, London 

• Offer amount: £150 rental credit for the referring student and £150 rental credit for the referred student, for each successful referral. 

• Booking tenancy length (both students): All tenancy lengths (excluding short term and semester lets) 

• Room type: All room types 

• How to claim: No code required. Email [email protected] with the names of both students 

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize. The rental credit can only be used towards rent at Felda House for the 2027/28 tenancy. 

No promotion code is required. To confirm a referral, the referring student must email the site team ([email protected]) with the names of both the referring and referred student. All referrals must be confirmed by email. The rental credit will only be applied to each student’s rent account once both students have checked into Felda House, and will be applied within 3 months of checking in. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types, or universities attended. 

In the event that either student cancels their booking or terminates the contract before the start of the tenancy, or either student does not check in, this promotion will be invalid for both students. To claim this offer, both students must complete their booking, pay their advance rent, and sign their tenancy agreement.
