Q: An Item In A Resident's Unit Needs Repair. How Do They Get Help?

Call the office, submit the ticket through the resident portal, visit the office, or email us at leasing@campustowers.com. If it's after-hours call the leasing office (252) 752-2865 and when the voicemail prompts them, press option #2 for after-hours maintenance, and someone will call them back.

Q: What Happens If A Resident Is Locked Out Of Their Apartment?

Q: What Maintenance Is A Resident Responsible For? (I.E. Changing Fire Alarm Battery/Changing Lightbulbs/Etc.)

Changing fire alarm battery, changing lightbulbs, fixing AC issues, toilet issues/leaks/drain clogs.

Q: What Is The Maintenance Turn-Around Time?

Our maintenance tickets have a 24-48 hour turn around unless a part needs to be ordered-our staff will stay in contact with you. Emergencies are considered heat, toilet, and entry door issues.

Q: Do You Offer Furnished Units?

Yes.

Q: Does Your Property Offer On-Site Parking?

Yes.

Q: Is Your Property Parking Free Or Paid?

Paid. Contact our leasing team for more information about our property's parking.

No, we don't. We do have a communal laundry room in the building.

Generally, it takes 12-24 hours to get the decision once it was screened.

Q; What Are My Options For Paying My Rent?

You can pay by card through the portal. Please emphasize that it will be a convenient fee. The e-check option is free.

Electricity, gas, internet/cable, water, sewage, and garbage.
