2024/25 – Room fees Schedule for Broadstone House, Dublin.

To make things simple we have one weekly “room fee”, the room fee is a combination of the room rate and the room costs. The Room Rate is the market rate for the use of the Room exclusive of the Room Costs.

The room cost is in addition to the room rate and is a separate weekly cost covering the various utilities available within the accommodation you choose to live in. This amount is included in the room fee as detail below.

An advanced room fee of €300 is payable to complete & secure your booking, this is an advanced room fee and is deducted from your first room fee instalment.

Room Fees: Payable as follows:

1 Instalment: Full Payment paid in full before the commencement of the license period.

4 Instalments: Payable in Instalments approximately split 10%, 40%, 40%, 10%. An Irish-based guarantor is required if the Room Fees are to be paid by instalments. If the Room Fees are paid in full before commencement of this licence, a guarantor is not required.

Monthly Instalments: An Irish-based guarantor is required if the Room Fees are to be paid by instalments. If the Room Fees are paid in full before commencement of this licence, a guarantor is not required.

All room fees must be made at least 7 working days prior to the first day of the period to which they apply, or before arrival if your booking is past this date. If payments have not been made by the first day of the licence, the account will be considered to be in arrears. Payment should be made online via the Yugo portal.
