2025 Semester 2 rebooking - University Square and Berkeley Street

• This promotion is available to eligible tenants only. Yugo retains the right to cancel the promotion at its discretion and with immediate notice by email to eligible tenants.
• The promotion is subject to limited availability, as determined by Yugo. Availability may vary depending on room types and other factors.
• Rebookers will receive $350 cash back at the end of the first month of their rebooked lease. Another $350 will be paid out in the last month of their lease. If the booking is cancelled at any point, the offer will become void.
• To be eligible to receive the cash back reward, tenants must be up to date with rent payments.
• Tenants must be in residence during January to receive the cash back. Alternatively, if the tenant has paid up in rent until the end of their lease, the cash back will be honoured.
• The following room types at Yugo University Square are excluded from this promotion: 6 Bed Apartment Lower (Bunk Cabin), 6 Bed Apartment Upper (Bunk Cabin), 6 Bed Apartment Terrace (Bunk Cabin).
