• International students: Must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) along with a valid student visa.

• Minimum stay of 90 days is required.
• Latest check-out date: 7th July 2025.
• Payment plan: Rent is paid fortnightly, and a bond is required.
