• Local students: Must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

• International students: Must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) along with a valid student visa.

• Stay & Payment Details:

• Offer applies to all room types.

• Students must check out before 7 July 2025.

• For stays less than 30 nights:

  • No bond required.

  • A $300 short-stay admin fee applies.

  • Full payment upfront is required.

• For stays 30 nights or more:

  • No admin fee required.

  • A bond is required.

  • Students can choose between full payment upfront or a fortnightly payment plan.
