• Yugo reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. Eligible students will be notified via email if any changes occur.

• Offer is subject to limited availability as determined by Yugo.

• This promotion is exclusively available to current Yugo Perth City residents rebooking for 2025 Full Year or Semester 2 contracts.

• The $700 cashback will be issued in two instalments:

  • $350 in the first month of the new contract period.

  • $350 in the final month of the contract period.

• Tenants must be in residence during January 2026 to receive the final cashback instalment. Alternatively, if the tenant has fully paid rent through to the end of their lease, the cashback will still be honoured.

• If the booking is cancelled at any point, the offer will become void.
