The incentive is open to both rebooker and direct let bookings at Element Bermondsey, 78 - 89 Alscot Rd, London SE1 3AY, who book any room at Element Bermondsey for the 2026/2027 academic year who make a booking after 13/04/2026. 

The Incentive on offer is £1,000 cashback which will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account. 

The Incentive is only available for new bookings for the 2026/2027 academic year only.  

The Incentive is subject to room availability and will be delivered on a first come first serve basis. 

The Incentive is being offered by BREEVA II Student Accommodation S.A.R.L, c/o CRM Students Ltd, 78 Alscot Road, London, SE1 3AW 

To be eligible for the Incentive: 

the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/2027 academic year.  

At the stage of booking, the student must enter the code ELEMENT1000 in the box on the application form which requests details of any special requirements or preferences. 

To claim the Incentive: 

The Student should email the Accommodation Manager at [email protected]  

On receipt of the application from the Student, the Accommodation Manager will verify the student’s eligibility to claim the Incentive. 

Both the Student and the Guarantor (if applicable) must have signed the tenancy agreement. 

The Student must have entered the bank details of the UK nominated bank account into the online Student Portal   

The incentive will be provided either as a bank transfer of £1,000 into the nominated UK bank account. 

The Incentive will be provided to the Student within two months after they have moved in for the 2026/2027 academic year 

The Incentive will close at any given notice or when 75 eligible bookings have been made. Applications received after this will not be valid for the Incentive. 

The Incentive must be claimed by 31^st January 2027, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the incentive and no longer be entitled to receive it. 

This Incentive is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM/Yugo, any third parties or International Agents. 

This offer is only available to students booking directly via Yugo.com and not open to referral agent bookings. 

The Incentive is being managed by CRM Students and Yugo who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice. 

One Incentive per room booked.
