Yugo expands its student presence in Poland with two high quality properties in Warsaw
Yugo will operate SHED Sky Living and SHED Campus Living in Warsaw on behalf of 1 Asset Management ahead of the autumn term.
4 March 2025 - Yugo, the first global student housing brand and operator, has announced plans to operate two new living spaces in Poland from September this year on behalf of 1 Asset Management.
SHED Sky Living and SHED Campus Living which are due to open in early autumn, and will collectively deliver 1,100 student beds in Warsaw - a thriving city which is home to over 240,000 students.
Both properties have impressive views and easy access links to the centre of the city.
This adventurous move takes Yugo’s growing portfolio in Poland to over 1,800 beds, making the global student housing brand and operator increasingly influential in Central Europe.
SHED Sky Living represents the exciting transformation of a former bank headquarters in Ochota. Ideally situated near the Medical University of Warsaw and the main campuses of Warsaw University, the property offers a prime location for students.
SHED Campus Living, located in the Mokotów district, is a purpose-built residence within walking distance of the Służew campus of the University of Warsaw and Lazarski University, one of Poland’s highest-ranked private institutions.
Local and international students will enjoy quality facilities including large work & study spaces, gaming areas, cinema rooms, gyms, fully equipped kitchens and laundries.
Yugo will run the properties on behalf of 1 Asset Management, continuing a successful partnership between the two brands which initially kicked off in Krakow, where Yugo operates another popular Shed Living property.
