Booking a Room

Do I need a guarantor?

Yes. If you are paying your accommodation fees in instalments, a guarantor is required.

A guarantor agrees to take responsibility for payments if you’re unable to make them. If you experience payment difficulties, please contact our support team first—your guarantor will only be contacted as a last resort.

Rent and Agreements

What services are included in the rent?

Water, gas, and electricity are all included in your rent, so there’s no need to worry about paying utility bills separately.

What furnishings are included in the tenancy?

All of our rooms come fully furnished. Your room will include:

What happens if something breaks in my flat?

Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Simply contact reception or our support team and we’ll help as soon as possible.

Student Living

Can I personalise my room?

Yes, as long as you’re able to return it to its original state when you check out. Any damage or permanent alterations may result in additional charges.

Do you allow pets?

While we love animals, pets are not permitted in our buildings. This policy is in place for the welfare of the animals and to be considerate of other residents, including those with allergies.

Can I bring friends or family to stay?

Yes, guests are welcome as long as you are present during their stay. We recommend short stays only and that you inform your flatmates in advance.

Are there social events for residents?

Yes! We host social events throughout the year for residents to enjoy, including cultural, community, and wellbeing activities.

Are the social spaces always open?

Most communal and social spaces are open 24 hours a day, unless alternative opening hours are advertised. Some spaces may need to be booked in advance.

Is there parking on site?

Unfortunately, our residence does not offer on-site parking. Please check local parking options or contact us for further guidance.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes, Wi-Fi is included and available in all rooms as well as communal and social areas.

Where do I do my washing?

On-site laundry facilities are available for residents to use during their stay.
