Does your property have on-site maintenance?

Yes, our property has on-site maintenance.


An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?

Residents can go to the resident online portal and fill out a service request. In the case of an emergency, residents can call the leasing office during business hours or maintenance on-call line after hours.


What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

Residents can call the office phone number and select to speak with maintenance if they become locked out of their apartment. After-hours, you should follow the automated message when calling the office to get assistance.


What maintenance is a resident responsible for?

All residents are responsible for assessing and repair of all maintenance issues, resident service requests, trash take-out, on-site cleaning. This also includes general room and property maintenance expected by tenants, such as changing fire alarm battery, changing lightbulbs, and other simple tasks around the property.


How long does it take for maintenance to respond?

Maintenance always responds within 24 hours of the request.


Does your property offer on-site parking?

The Yugo Madison Lux parking garage is currently undergoing repairs. Please contact the leasing office for alternative options.


Is your property pet-friendly?

Yes, pets are allowed to stay with you during your stay with us. Please check your leasing agreement to confirm exactly what you are entitled to during your stay.


Do you offer furnished units?

Yes! Some furniture is included in the base rent. Furniture included in the bedrooms: mattress frame, mattress (standard full size), nightstand and desk. To check what comes with a specific floorplans, please contact us directly to confirm.

Many of our units also come with basic living room furnishings a couch, chairs and coffee table. Please check with the residence to verify what is included in your tenancy agreement.


Is your property parking free or paid?

The Yugo Madison Lux parking is rented in tandem with your lease agreement. If you have a lease agreement with us, you also have the right to request a parking space at the property.


What are my options for paying my rent?

You can pay your rent a number of different ways, depending on what suits you best. Check, cashiers check, money order, or online through the resident portal.


Which utilities are included in my rent?

Internet, water, sewage & garbage. Access to amenities is provided free of charge, as long as the amenity is available/open during hours of amenity operation!


What are the additional fees?

Application fee is $25. There is also an Administrative fee is $200.


Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes, it is the responsibility of the resident to purchase renter's insurance.


How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Applications are approved within 48 hours.


Are your properties smoke-friendly?

No, our properties are not smoke friendly.
