How do I make payments?

Payments are made by logging in to the student portal. You can make payment using Credit/Debit card or by Direct Debit. There are options to pay in full or in installments, to pay in installments the resident must have a guarantor.

My child didn't get their place in University/does not want their booking anymore, can I have a refund?

How do I know who my child will be sharing an apartment with?

When going through the booking process on our website you can see the age, gender and year of study of the students who have already booked rooms in each apartment. Due to GDPR regulations we cannot share any further information regarding residents.

How are rooms allocated?

When making a booking on our website you can see all available rooms. There you can select the specific room that your child will stay in.

Is the space safe?

Our spaces have staff and/or security on site 24/7 so there is always someone available in case of emergencies. There is also a 24/7 duty phone number per space which residents will receive upon check in & is displayed throughout the space. Our spaces are accessed by Key Fobs which residents receive at check in, only residents & staff have this key fob access.

How does cleaning work?

It is the residents responsibility to clean their room & their shared apartment kitchen/living room area. We suggest that housemates make a per apartment cleaning rota to share the jobs & make sure the apartment is kept to an acceptable standard. The Common Rooms & reception area etc. are cleaned by the space housekeeping team.
