Great housing for UT students! Convenient bus stop right in front of apartments for transportation to school. The office staff are all very kind and understanding to any questions I may have also! Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my own furniture with me?
Absolutely! Most of our floor plans come with some basic furnishings like a bed frame and dresser, but there is plenty of space to make it feel like a home!
You can add whatever you like to your place during your stay, as long as you can return it back to the way it was when you moved in! Please contact our leasing office for a full list of what furniture will be provided in your new home.
Is there parking on site?
Some of our residences have parking on site for you to use during your stay with us. Check our residence pages or get in touch for more information.
What happens if something breaks in my flat?
We can help you out. Our friendly maintenance team is always on hand if something in your flat breaks or doesn’t work. Just contact us on our helpline or at reception and we'll help you out as soon as we can.
Do you allow pets?
We're happy to accept your furry friends! You can have a maximum of two pets per apartment. But first, please check that all roommates are fine with you keeping a pet! Restrictions do apply, so please contact our leasing office for details.
Our Accreditations
Smart House
Austin has created a scheme to help students who receive needs-based financial aid. The Safe, Mixed-Income, Accessible, Reasonably Priced, Transit-Oriented (SMART) Housing program is made to support students who need some extra help to live in the city.
You can qualify if you are considered to have a low-to-moderate income, which means whoever is paying for housing makes 50-60% of the median Austin income. You will need to prove this with a W2, 1040, a letter from your employer, or 3 previous pay stubs.
If you receive need-based financial aid, you may also automatically qualify.
