Does your property have on-site maintenance?

Yes, our properties do have on-site maintenance.

An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?

Residents can go to the resident online portal and fill out a service request. In the case of an emergency, residents can call the leasing office during business hours or maintenance on-call line after hours.

What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

For after hour lock outs, residents can call the office phone number and select to speak with maintenance if they become locked out of their apartment by following the automated message when calling the office to get assistance. If they occur during office hours, they can reach out to the team, and we can assist in providing a temp key or come unlock the unit in person.

What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)

Our residents are responsible for not damaging their units—basic maintenance would include replacing fire alarm batteries and contacting our maintenance team for any extraneous maintenance items. In extreme temperatures, maintaining a steady flow of water in faucets and keeping heat on to prevent unit damage.

How long does it take for maintenance to respond?

Maintenance always responds within 24 hours of the request.

Is your property pet-friendly?

Yes, Pullman Hills is pet friendly.

Do you offer furnished units?

Yes! Furniture is included in the base rent. Common areas are also furnished.

The kitchen island also has as many stools as there are bedrooms in unit (e.g. 4-Bed Unit, therefore 4 stools included).

Is your property parking free or paid?

Yes! Our property has plenty of free onsite parking-usually right outside your front door.

What are my options for paying my rent?

Check, cashiers check, money order, or online through the resident portal.

Which utilities are included in my rent?

Internet/cable, water, sewage. Access to amenities is provided free of charge.

What are the additional fees?

There is a one-time $50 application fee and a $275 admin fee.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes, you are required to purchase renter's insurance.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Applications are approved within 48 hours. In case the process lasts longer, our team will be there assisting every step of the way to help reach an approval status.

Are your properties smoke-friendly?

No, our properties are not smoke friendly.
