Did you know that if you book before September 15 in our Aleu Residence Hall in Barcelona you get 200€? Yes Yes, you read that right. Let us tell you how you can take advantage of the Cashback promotion:

This promo is valid for new bookings in the academic year 2021/2022.

You can get the 200€ gift if you book at least 9 months or 7 in the case of the Residencia Universitaria Aleu.

Okay, maybe we have gone to the dessert too fast, but we know that the economic part interests you a lot. Although we must tell you that our Residence is much more than a monthly payment in which you have everything included; our Residence is companionship, youth, help, modernity, education and culture.

If you want to know everything that our Residence in Barcelona has to offer, keep reading and imagine what a day in our Residence in Barcelona can be like.

A day in our Residence

Wednesday morning. 7.00 AM. The alarm goes off and the first thing on your mind is that the last episode of the Netflix series you watched last night is going to take its toll on you all day long. You stayed up too late, buddy.

Your roommate has already left for the gym at the Residence. And you vow again that tomorrow you're going to join him and start getting in shape.

You take a shower and have a quick coffee in the kitchenette you have in the room. Mental note: buy filters and coffee.

Backpack, cell phone, headphones and sunglasses. Today is a nice day in Barcelona so you decide to take the bike that you have parked in the bike parking of the residence...GO! You go down to the dining room to have breakfast and you jump all over the buffet of the residence: another coffee (this one decaffeinated, otherwise you’ll get too wired), toast, juice and some fruit. You greet several colleagues and they ask you if you are going to German class today and remind you that on Monday you will have another meeting of the 'Minority Awareness' group. What time was it? You look it up on the board and tell the maintenance man that your faucet is leaking a little. You joke with him about Barça's last game. La Liga is on fire!

Walking, you get to the Law School from the Residence Hall in less than 2 Spotify songs. Classes, symposium, shaping the Penal work you have to hand in at the end of the month, the cafeteria, are we going out this weekend? calling mom, buying the filter and coffee...

You get back to the residence after 5 pm. You go up to your room and... ufff it is clean and tidy... I had left it like a lion's den, sorry! Your roommate has not had a good day: they have given him the mark for the 'Anatomical Pathology' exam and it didn’t go very well.... .you talk, he tells you, you tell him, that guy, that girl .... And you think you don't know what you would have done without him the first year of university in Barcelona. You were right to get a double room.

Neither of you hesitated to sign up for the thousand and one activities offered by the Residence: you tried yoga, language exchange and soccer tournament with other students.... but finally, you go to German class on Tuesdays and you go to the environmental group on Fridays. He is more interested in the business that he has come up with together with several colleagues from the Faculty: they spend the whole weekend in the Coworking Space! You love their entrepreneurial spirit. And the room is really cool, you can breathe business and Silicon Valley from every corner, cool things are going to come out of here.

You have a coffee with the girl from 209 on the terrace of the residence. You change your clothes and go down to the gym, there's always someone there! some cardio machines and a bike while you watch the episode you left halfway through.

A quick shower and it's laundry time at the laundromat. There they suggest a plan for this weekend: they talk about the beach, beers, tapas and everything just a subway ride away. There's always someone at the laundromat! And everything is so close to the residence.

A quick shower and downstairs for soup and baked fish for dinner. And for dessert two apples...if your mother could see you! You say goodbye to your friends: some go to study for a while in the Study Room, others go to watch a movie in the Cinema Room. You prefer to go up to your room to study and listen to some music. From the terrace of your room, you can see Barcelona and planes on the horizon that are about to land.

You go to bed thinking that, indeed, you made the right choice by going to Barcelona and to this Residence. The first year of university in Barcelona is flying by!

Welcome to the Aleu Student Residence in Barcelona.
