Our limited 1 week of cashback promotion is only applicable for new 2023/24 academic year bookings made between 24th August 2023 and 7 september 2023.
The promotion is not available to students who:
- have deferred /cancelled their booking before check-in.
- Short term or semester lets.
- are rebooking / re-booker.
- book through agent or university referral agreements.
- have confirmed a booking prior to 24th August 2023.

No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
The cashback offer will be operated as a discount for the advertised amount when the promotion code is entered at the point of booking. Note: This offer only applies to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types or university attended.
In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid.
To claim this offer, you must complete your booking, pay your advanced rent and sign your tenancy agreement. All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Students (UK) Ltd. has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
