Our limited cashback promotion is only applicable to new bookings for the 2021/22 academic year and the licence must be for a minimum of 34 weeks between 1st May 2021 and 30 September 2021.
The promotion is not available to students who:
- has deferred /cancelled their booking before check-in.
- are rebooking / re-booker.
- books Flexible Stay.
- books licence less than 34 weeks.
- Books through university referral agreements.
The booking length and cashback rate:
- €400 for any booking above 34 weeks

- Ardcairn House (promotion ended on 31 July 2021 and only applicable to Classic En-Suite, Premium En-Suite and Deluxe En-Suite).
- Broadstone House (promotion ended on 31 July 2021 and only applicable to Premium Twin, bookings made after 08 June 2021).
- Dominick Place (promotion ended on 30 June 2021 and only applicable to Classic En-Suite, Premium En-Suite, Premium Plus En-Suite, Deluxe En-Suite, booking made between 1 May 2021 and 30 June 2021).
- The Tannery (promotion ended on 31 July 2021 only applicable to Classic En-Suite. Both Premium En-Suite and Deluxe En-Suite, applicable to bookings made after 08 June 2021).
- Cork - Lee Point (promotion ended on 31 August 2021 and only applicable to Classic En-Suite and Premium En-Suite).
No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the licence , then this promotion offered at the time will not be valid.
To claim this offer, you must complete your booking, pay your advanced rent and sign your licence agreement.
All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Uninest Student Residences has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.

- Q: I cancel my booking any time before checking in, can I still have cashback?
A: If you cancel/defer your booking before check-in, you will no longer qualify for this promotion. - Q: How and when can I receive cashback if I pay in full now?
A: Offer will operate as a credit for the advertised amount by the end of the 1st term after the tenant moves in. Actual credit applied subject to residence booked – further details available on application. - Q: If my booking is completed after 1 August, can I still have cashback?
A: This promotion is only valid for 2021/22 academic year new booking from1st May 2021 to the end date listed above. Any bookings made after the end date will not be qualified for this promotion. - Q: I cannot see the cashback credit after checking in?
A: Until the student moves in, the Credit should not be applied to any installments. This means the student will see the credit balance on their portal. - Q: My course is now online for the rest of this semester/year – can I cancel my booking and still have cashback when I book with you in the future?
A: Students will lose the qualification if they cancel/defer their booking before checking in.
