Clifford House is one of the newest student residences in Exeter, which opened in 2019. It’s swish, safe and surrounded by all the amenities you need for a care-free time at university.
Thanks to the prime location, getting to your lectures and seminars will be a breeze, because we’re just a 15-minute stroll or so from the University of Exeter (both the main campus and St. Luke’s Campus), and then Exeter College is just a 20-minute walk. "This accommodation is a great choice if you want to be right near the shops and also a good distance between both university campuses. The staff are super friendly and nice and have helped me and my flat a lot during our stay and are always available to call 24/7 for assistance. Also, the kitchen is the best kitchen I’ve seen offered in university halls."
