Deposit Policy- Your deposit is a one-time charge which is a guarantee of your booking. It covers a one-time admin charge of AED 200 and the balance is refunded back to you post your final check out, subject to no outstanding, cancellations, damages, or any other fines or other additional charges on your account. This value remains valid & is rolled over for the renewals. If your account is up to date, we would be refunding it back to your specified account via bank transfer within the stipulated time post official checkout & submission of required documents.

AED 2,500 security deposit needs to be paid to confirm the room with us.
AED 2,300 will be refunded through the bank transfer.
AED 200 is a one-time admin fee.
Booking of your room- type is confirmed upon receiving your deposit. In case of cancellation, this amount would not be refunded.
Booking Policy – Filling out the booking form, register your interest in a room type. Upon receiving the booking form & deposit the room is reserved under the rates offered at the time of booking. Before arrival, the resident needs to sign the official contract & provide a passport copy along with the University enrolment letter or internship document or in case of working fresh graduates, an employment letter.
