10 Dublin clubs for students to try

Dublin is renowned for its party atmosphere and varied selection of nightlife venues. In this post, we’ve compiled a list featuring 10 of the best club nights in Dublin, where you can find pop, indie, techno and everything in between.

Yamamori Tengu

The back of a trendy sushi bar may not be the first place you’d expect to find one of Dublin’s hottest clubs, but that’s exactly the case with Tengu. The intimate club space is open Fridays and Saturdays, playing a mix of house, techno and disco.

Closest accommodation: Kavanagh Court, and Dominick Place, only a 15 minutes stroll straight from your front door.

Whelan’s

It’s known primarily as a live music venue, but Whelan’s has its own club space at the back where the two resident DJs spin a party-starting mix of indie and electro hits. And on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, there’s a free silent disco.

The Workman’s Club
