First up, what’s the benefits of studying in Dublin?

Dublin is a vibrant city with lots to do. From festivals all year round, including the world famous St. Patrick’s Day, to plenty of museums, shops and food markets to explore. If you’re looking for a city where you’ll never be bored, Dublin’s definitely one for you.

The Irish capital is also home to a range of prestigious colleges, with top notch academic teaching, so you’re guaranteed a great education during your time here, whatever subject you’re studying. 


Where’s the best place to live in Dublin for university?

Are there many international students studying in Dublin?

If you’re an international student you can stay in Ireland for up to 2 years after graduation unlike many other European cities, and you’re also allowed to work up to 20 hours a week outside of your studies.

Are there good transport links? 

Ireland has a number of international airports and many countries from Europe and around the world fly directly to Dublin Airport, so it’s easy to get back home for international students or explore other nearby countries. There’s also great rail links, so day trips or weekends away around Ireland are very accessible. 


What’s the nightlife like?

There’s something for everyone when it comes to nights out in Dublin, restaurants for low key meals, to mega clubs, cosy bars and more. As nightlife begins to re-open again whilst adhering to government guidelines, you’ll be able to enjoy a variety of venues.
