Terms & Conditions for Summer Extension Offer
Our discounted summer rates are only applicable to students that have a current booking and have checked in with us for the 2020/21 academic year with a contract period of over 30 weeks or have a valid booking with us for the 2021/22 academic year for a minimum of 30 weeks.
Our discounted summer rates are applicable to new students for the core summer period for the months of June/ July/ August only.
The discount rate:
- Less than 1 week: Normal weekly rate pro-rated.
- 1 week to less than 4 weeks: 10% discount to normal weekly rate pro-rated.
- 4 weeks or more: 20% discount to normal weekly rate pro-rated.
All cities in the UK can take extensions, summer and early arrivals, except Arran House, Brae House and Canal Point in Edinburgh.
No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to start of the tenancy, then the summer rate offered at the time will not be valid.
To claim this offer, you must complete your booking and sign your tenancy agreement.
This offer will be revoked in case of cancellation of the reservation and can be used in conjunction with any other offer.
All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. The Student Housing Company has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.
These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 30th of April but The Student Housing Company reserve the right to change them at any time without prior notice.
Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.
