Our offers and incentives are valid on select room type bookings at Bentley House in Birmingham, Beckley Point in Plymouth, Ablett House in Liverpool, Catherine House in Portsmouth, Brae House in Edinburgh, Cable Street in Lancaster, Austen House in Southampton and Anglia House in Cambridge.
The promotion is valid from:
- 12am 14th July 2020 for Birmingham, Plymouth and Cambridge
- 9am 13th of August 2020 for Liverpool, Portsmouth and Brae House in Edinburgh
- 2pm 14th of August 2020 for Lancaster
- 12pm 17 of August 2020 for Southampton
All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Rooms are subject to availability. Once a room type has sold out the offer is no longer available. The Student Housing Company has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
The promotion is valid for new bookings only for the 2020/21 academic year and the tenancy must be for a full academic term bookings. Please enquire for minimum tenancy length.
The incentive offered is cash back or voucher for the advertised amount. The amount advertised on your room of choice at the participating properties will be deducted from your final rent instalment.
The promotion is only valid once per room. Where a studio is being used for Dual Occupancy, only one discount will be applied.
In the event that any tenants cancel the booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion is not valid.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated, it is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
