Ablett House is our student residence in Liverpool city centre, putting you right in the middle of everything you need.

Our limited voucher and cashback offer is only applicable to new customers, booking their accommodation for the 2022/23 academic year and the tenancy must be for a minimum of 34 weeks from 1st May 2022 till further notice. (Deal expired).
The promotion is not available to students who:
- rebookers.
- cancel their booking before check-in.
- book short-term, flexible stay or booking tenancy less than 34 weeks.
- book through agent or university referral agreements.
The list of residences and offer rate:
- Liverpool - Ablett House: £200 voucher for the first 90 bookings. £500 voucher for next 20 bookings (started 22nd July 2022 - limited offer)
- Portsmouth - Catherine House: £300 voucher for 44 week bookings. £350 voucher for 51 week bookings. (limited to first 30 bookings from 17th Aug 2022 - Expired)
- Sheffield - Bramall Court: £350 voucher for the first 50 bookings.
- Lancaster - Cable Street: £200 voucher for the first 90 bookings.
- Newcastle - Knoll Court: £150 voucher for the first 80 bookings (From 1st May 2022).
- Lincoln - Park Court: £250 voucher for the first 40 bookings. £500 offer valid from 06.09.2022 to 13.09.2022
- Cardiff - Arofan House: £500 voucher & a takeaway for group bookings (expired 2nd August 2022)
- The group must confirm by email to [email protected] who will be booking as part of their group before the bookings are confirmed.
- This offer is valid for groups between 4 and 10 people
- To claim this offer, you must complete your booking within the promotion period, pay your advanced rent, sign your tenancy agreement and check-in.
- If all or part of the group cancel, making the booking less than 4 people you will no longer be eligible.
- No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
- The voucher will be distributed 14 days after check-in
- The takeaway can be claimed in September after check-in. Please speak with reception during office hours who will place the order for you.
- The value of the takeaway must not exceed £15 per person and is only available for the number of people who form part of the group booking
- The promotion is not available to any resident in rent arrears at the time of booking. This promotion cannot be used with any other offer.
- All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Yugo Student (UK) Ltd. has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.
- Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.

- London - The Curve:
- £500 cashback for the first 50 bookings for 51 weeks of tenancy length only.
- £250 cashback for the first 20 bookings for 43 weeks of tenancy length.

To claim this offer, you must complete your booking within the promotion period, pay your advanced rent, sign your tenancy agreement and check-in.
No cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
The cashback offer will operate as a discount for the advertised amount when this promotion code is entered at the point of booking. Note: Some offers only apply to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types or university attended.
The voucher will be distributed 14 days after check-in. For The Curve - London the credit will be applied to your final rent instalment (where paying in instalments).
The promotion is not available to any resident in rent arrears at the time of booking. This promotion cannot be used with any other offer. (For The Curve - London offer only available to direct lets not rebookers so would not be in a position to be in rent arrears with us).
